Quarterly Birth Preparation Class

Every quarter we gather for one of our favorite days… a full, immersive childbirth class designed to help you understand birth, trust your body, and feel truly prepared. This is a one-day, intensive, interactive class focused on physiological, out-of-hospital birth. We don’t just sit and listen—we experience the learning together.

You should expect:

  • Real, normal birth videos
  • Hands-on practice with birth scenarios
  • Movement, positioning, and coping techniques
  • Open, honest discussion in a supportive space
  • A blend of approaches inspired by Bradley, Lamaze, Active Birth, Birthing From Within, and HypnoBirthing
  • Bring a dish to share (potluck style), a birth ball or camping chair if you have one, and wear something comfortable—you’ll be moving, practicing, and stepping into birth in a whole new way.
